Our current investor predicament is that the stock market is making new highs, many stock valuations are expensive and bonds yield are still super low. We believe there are a number of industrial and consumer stocks that are not at their highs and where we can collect a decent income. We also believe we have already had a mild industrial slowdown in North America from which we can now recover.
