(Bloomberg) -- Bank of America Corp. named Greg Butz and Justin Walter co-heads of North America health-care investment banking.

“Greg and Justin will be responsible for further building and growing our overall health-care business in the US and Canada, and for driving strategic initiatives across the business to increase our market share in each product,” Adrian Mee, global head of health-care investment banking, wrote in a memo seen by Bloomberg News.

Butz and Walter, both based in New York, will retain their roles as heads of life sciences and health-care services investment banking, respectively.

A spokesman confirmed the memo’s contents and declined to comment further.
