  • Current vice-chair and head of global markets, Dan Charney, will become president of TD Securities.
  • The appointments of Bertram, Wieseneck and Charney will be effective from January 1 next year.
  • The executives will report directly to Tim Wiggan, president and CEO of TD Securities.
  • The memo also mentioned the appointment of Robert Fagin and Lisa Thomas as senior advisor and head of global research, respectively, effective immediately.
