Canada is at a "crucial" spot in the economic cycle with significant uncertainties clouding the way forward, Bank of Canada Governor Stephen Poloz said on Tuesday.
In opening remarks before a parliamentary committee, Poloz said the central bank, which raised interest rates twice earlier this year, will be cautious in making future changes to rates.
