(Bloomberg) -- Colombia’s Lower House suspended discussion of President Gustavo Petro’s reform bills amid the scandal engulfing the government. 

Lawmakers have halted their discussions “until the coalition is rebuilt,” Lower House head David Racero told reporters in Bogota. 

Colombia’s congress is currently debating bills to overhaul the pension and health systems, and boost workers’ rights.
