Lowe's Canada announced this morning that it will be closing underperforming stores across the country as part of a "strategic reassessment" of the business. Robin Diedrich, senior equity analyst at Edward Jones, tells BNN Bloomberg that despite a good industry, Lowe's has struggled with profitability.
