(Bloomberg) -- Crown Resorts Ltd. rejected a takeover offer from Blackstone Group Inc., saying the bid was too low and there was uncertainty about the timing of any deal.
Directors unanimously decided the offer from the U.S. buyout firm undervalued Crown, the Australian casino operator said in a statement Monday.
