Benjamin Tal, deputy chief economist at CIBC, joins BNN Bloomberg with an optimistic outlook on Canada's economic recovery. He says that businesses have pivoted and we are in significantly better prepared for the months ahead. He added that although there are positives in the negative, winter will be difficult.
