Dr. Daniel McCoy, President, CEO, Chief Geologist & Director of Eminent Gold Corp. (TSXV: EMNT | OTCQB: EMGDF | FSE: 7AB), discusses the company’s standalone oxide Carlin-type gold discovery in Nevada, highlighted by a recent intercept of 9.2 metres at 3.2 grams per tonne gold. He outlines why this rare discovery type, combined with early drilling success across multiple structures at the Hot Springs Range Project, positions Eminent Gold for potential world-class scale in a proven gold jurisdiction.

A focused bet on Nevada’s most prolific gold system

Building on that discovery, Eminent Gold is a Nevada‑focused exploration company with three 100-per-cent‑owned projects situated along some of the state’s most productive structural corridors, including a flagship project currently targeting a Carlin‑type gold system—one of the most prolific and valuable deposit styles globally. Operating in the United States’ leading gold-producing jurisdiction, the company is advancing early-stage discoveries with the potential to become standalone assets. As resource security and long-term precious metals demand continue to underpin investor interest, Eminent Gold is positioning itself to capitalize on high-quality geological opportunities in a mature yet still underexplored mining district.

A discovery type Nevada hasn’t seen in decades

Unlike many peers operating in Nevada, Eminent Gold is focused on discovering standalone oxide Carlin-type deposits rather than incremental additions to existing sulfide systems. This distinction is critical in a jurisdiction where most recent discoveries have been deeper, more complex sulfide deposits. According to Dr. Daniel McCoy, President, CEO, Chief Geologist and Director, “This is a very exciting discovery because it is a standalone discovery.” He adds that it may be “the first time in about 20 years that someone has discovered a standalone oxide Carlin-type deposit.” This geological profile supports potentially simpler development pathways and differentiated exploration upside.

Why Carlin discoveries still command premium value

With Nevada remaining one of the world’s most attractive gold jurisdictions, high-quality discoveries are increasingly rare and highly valued. Eminent Gold’s focus on oxide Carlin-type systems offers investors exposure to deposits that are typically more amenable to conventional mining methods. The company believes its current discovery could mirror past success in similar geological settings. By targeting early-stage, standalone discoveries, Eminent Gold provides leveraged exposure to exploration upside at a time when replacement ounces are becoming more difficult for the industry to find, positioning investors early in the value-creation cycle.

Early drill results point to system-scale potential

Recent drilling at the Hot Springs Range Project has delivered encouraging results, including an intercept of 9.2 metres at 3.2 grams per tonne gold. Dr. McCoy noted the strategic importance of these early results, stating that “just like Esaase, we’ve hit on all four of our first holes on two different structures.” This consistency across multiple targets underscores the potential scale of the system. Looking ahead, the company is focused on continued drilling and systematic exploration to define the extent of the discovery and advance it toward a potential world-class asset.

A rare Nevada discovery story still in its early days

As Eminent Gold continues to advance its Hot Springs Range discovery, it sits at the intersection of proven geology and modern exploration execution. For investors seeking early exposure to a rare standalone oxide gold discovery in Nevada, Eminent Gold represents a compelling opportunity.

Eminent Gold is a focused Nevada gold company looking for Carlin-type deposits. Our most recent intercept has been 9.2 metres at 3.2 grams per tonne gold.

This is a very exciting discovery because it is a standalone discovery. It’s maybe the first time in about 20 years that someone has discovered a standalone oxide Carlin-type deposit. Most of the deposits in Nevada now are sulfide-type.

This is great because it gives us a good chance of repeating our success that we had with Keegan Gold, which was also an early-stage discovery. Similar to this one, that deposit delivered a really strong return to its shareholders 18 times.

This was the Esaase deposit in Ghana, which was discovered by our first company, Keegan Resources. This is the discovery here at the Hot Springs Range, which has the best chance of following that, because just like Esaase, we’ve hit on all four of our first holes on two different structures.

So, we think we’ve really got a tiger by the tail here, and we’re really excited to see what happens in the next year or so because we think we have a good chance of finding a world-class deposit at our Hot Springs Range. A lot of companies are mining oxide gold, or maybe developing new resources of oxide gold, but we’re the first ones to make a standalone discovery.
