Otis Perrick, CEO of Secur3D Holdings Inc. (CSE: SRD), discusses how the company uses AI to protect brands, marketplaces, and intellectual property (IP) rights holders by flagging possible misuse of digital assets before they go live. With brand infringement and unauthorized use occurring en masse, Secur3D aims to give customers earlier warning of misuse and stronger evidence to act on.

AssetSafe, which is already in market, provides that earlier warning, while Sentry, which is being developed and tested in limited enterprise engagements, is designed to extend discovery after publication. As the company works to turn its brand and IP protection technology into broader enterprise use and repeatable customer programs, Perrick also highlights what Fundamental Research Corp.’s recent coverage brings to the investor discussion around this growing problem.

Screening content and extending discovery

Rather than adding endless reviews, Secur3D focuses on giving customers earlier and stronger signals across the life of their digital assets. AssetSafe is already in market, screening at or near upload to help identify possible misuse before assets go live. Sentry is being developed to extend discovery after publication, finding potential unauthorized use, organizing evidence, and prioritizing findings for review.

“We’re giving customers early signals and better evidence so they can make decisions across more content without adding endless reviews,” says Perrick.

Together, the two products are designed to cover protection both before and after content goes live, driving customer value with earlier visibility into possible misuse and a clearer basis for deciding what to review or escalate.

Widespread IP infringement validates market opportunity

With infringement and theft of IP and digital content now widespread, brands and marketplaces need better ways to protect their assets. Fundamental Research Corp.’s initiation report, Protecting Digital Assets in the AI Era, connects the scale of the problem to the technology already in market and the commercial milestones ahead, while identifying Secur3D’s focus on 3D assets and detection at upload as potential differentiators.

It also examines the company’s subscription and usage-based revenue model. For investors, the report provides a framework for assessing how broader enterprise adoption could translate into a more repeatable business.

The next phase of commercial execution

Over the next three to six months, Secur3D is prioritizing continued Sentry development, further AssetSafe deployment, and new customer engagements. On Oct. 7, the company announced that Sentry’s development coverage has expanded from 22 to 27 marketplace environments, adding Temu, Mercari, Zazzle, Thangs, and Creality Cloud.

Management’s aim is to turn its product and customer priorities into repeatable programs and recurring revenue. Perrick says, “We’ve built the foundation. Now our job is to scale it through broader customer use.” Investors can track customer adoption and publicly disclosed revenue progress as evidence of execution.

As Secur3D continues to scale its AI-powered protection tools, it stands at the intersection of widespread digital content infringement and the need for brands and marketplaces to protect IP. With AssetSafe in market, Sentry in development, and a Creator Portal with input from creator communities on the horizon, the company is positioned to deliver measurable commercial progress.

Otis Perrick: Secur3D is an AI solution that’s built to protect brands, marketplaces, and key IP. AssetSafe is already in market, helping flag possible misuse before assets go live. Sentry is being developed to extend discovery after publication.

We’re giving customers early signals and better evidence so they can make decisions across more content without adding endless reviews, so customers can focus on what’s important to them.

The recent report produced by Fundamental Research brings the exact problem that Secur3D is solving into focus: highlighting IP and digital content, and the infringement and theft that we’re seeing (en masse). For investors, it connects the scale of the problem to the technology already in market and the commercial milestones ahead.

Over the next three to six months, what you’re going to see with Secur3D is the continued development of our pipeline within Sentry, the on-ramping of new customers, and building up that (recurring) revenue.

And during that same time, you’ll see the continued deployment of AssetSafe into market and diving into marketplaces and helping proactively protect the digital content that is out there.

We’ve built the foundation. Now our job is to scale it through broader customer use, repeatable programs, and revenue progress investors can measure.
