Yocale ranks No. 18 on Deloitte’s 2026 Technology Fast 50, the platform behind Yocale.ai

Oil is back near triple digits. Brent crude, the international benchmark, closed at US$109.78 a barrel on October 23, up about 81% since January. Conflict in the Middle East and tanker attacks in the Strait of Hormuz have pushed seaborne crude to a steep premium, and producers paid on Brent-linked prices are capturing that gap. That environment rewards a specific kind of company. Investors are favouring producers that can add barrels quickly, keep costs low, and fund growth without borrowing. Arrow Exploration Corp. checks all three boxes.

Arash Asli, Co-founder and CEO of Yocale Network, discusses the company’s No. 18 ranking on Deloitte’s 2026 Technology Fast 50, which recognizes Canada’s fastest-growing technology companies, and what it means for Yocale.ai Inc. (CSE: YAI | OTCQB: YOAIF | FSE: K4G). Yocale.ai is focused on building an AI-powered operating system for independent salons, med-spas, and multi-location wellness brands. Based in Vancouver and built on the Yocale platform, which serves businesses in more than 22 countries, the company aims to give small service businesses the scheduling, payment, client management, and data tools once reserved for national chains, as demand grows for embedded fintech and AI automation.

A connected platform sets Yocale.ai apart in beauty and wellness software

Yocale.ai brings bookings, payments, client engagement, and daily operations into one configurable platform, which gives its AI end-to-end visibility that a single-purpose tool cannot match. The operating system handles online booking, scheduling, staff, memberships, packages, gift cards, and invoicing. Payments run through Yocale Pay, which takes deposits, cards on file, contactless payments, and payment links, and ties every transaction to the booking, invoice, and client record behind it. AI agents handle tasks such as voice booking, client retention, marketing, and revenue recovery, reducing manual work for operators.

The platform builds on more than a decade of development through the Yocale platform, which now serves thousands of businesses. Asli says he created Yocale as “something that was meant to help the backbone of our economy, the small business owners, not just survive, but actually thrive.”

Beauty and wellness software demand drives Yocale.ai’s market opportunity

With beauty and wellness businesses moving to digital booking, payments, and automation, Yocale.ai is positioned to capture growing demand. Asli points to a failure rate of over 50% for small businesses within their first three years, the problem he set out to address when he created Yocale. Yocale.ai’s revenue includes software subscriptions and a share of the net processing revenue on payments through Yocale Pay, with AI and other add-on services planned. By building on an established platform, the company aims to give investors early-stage exposure to vertical software and embedded fintech.

Deloitte Technology Fast 50 recognition highlights Yocale’s growth

Yocale was named to Deloitte’s 2026 Technology Fast 50, which recognizes Canada’s fastest-growing technology companies. Asli credits the people behind that growth: “I’d like to thank our customers who trusted us, our team that was with us, and our shareholders who backed us to get to this point.” The recognition comes in an active year for Yocale.ai, which began trading on the CSE in May 2026, closed an oversubscribed private placement of approximately $1.74 million in July, launched integrated payments in September, and gained OTCQB approval in October.

Positioned to bring AI and embedded payments to service businesses

As Yocale.ai brings AI and embedded payments to independent service businesses, it stands at the intersection of AI automation and small business demand for better tools. With more than a decade of platform development and listings in three markets, the company is positioned for disciplined growth in beauty and wellness.

Arash Asli: Over 50% failure rate. That’s what small businesses have to deal with within their first three years. But it didn’t have to be that way. That’s why I created Yocale, something that was meant to help the backbone of our economy, the small business owners, not just survive, but actually thrive.

Yocale was the vision I had 10 years ago. And now, we’ve got a company that’s in 22 countries, operating in 11 languages, helping business owners thrive.

I want to thank Deloitte for recognizing Yocale this year, being named Deloitte’s 2026 Technology Fast 50, which recognizes Canada’s fastest-growing technology companies. On that note, I’d like to thank our customers who trusted us, our team that was with us, and our shareholders who backed us to get to this point.
