MARKET OUTLOOK
Our technical work suggests an intermediate-term correction is looming in equity markets and will likely take hold early in the first quarter. Our longer-term outlook remains bullish, as we are in a new four-year cycle with upside into 2021-2022. Gold and gold equities are an attractive short-term hedge here against market volatility, but we would reduce exposure once the pending correction is over.
