MARKET OUTLOOK:
With valuations at these levels, markets are priced for good outcomes. Rate cuts, earnings growth and inflation must continue to cooperate.
The U.S. economy remains resilient. The ultimate impact on margins from tariffs is a concern but the tailwinds from AI spending, the Big Beautiful Bill and national projects in countries like Canada and Germany combined with US$17 trillion of investment in the USA are stimulative.
Highs in the stock market are typically followed by new highs.
There is a good chance we will see a performance chase to year end.
Regardless, there are plenty of nice places to put capital to work.
