(Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said it will hear a case testing a Trump administration rule designed to screen out green card applicants seen as being at risk of becoming dependent on government benefits.
The justices agreed to hear the case even though the Biden administration has indicated it will scrap the rule. That move could prompt the court to cancel the showdown.
