The price of oil has been sliding from recent highs on news the U.S. and Iran had signed a tentative agreement to end months of conflict and reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Hussein Allidina, Head of Commodities at TD Asset Management, says while the agreement could be seen as a positive for markets, risks still remain.
