(Bloomberg) -- Barclays Plc said that a London court dismissed all the charges brought against the bank and its parent company in a case related to a capital raising in 2008.

The court dismissed two charges of “conspiring with certain former senior officers and employees of Barclays to commit fraud,” the bank said in a statement Monday. The court also tossed out a charge of unlawful assistance in relation to a $3 billion loan provided to Qatar in 2008.

Prosecutors at the Serious Fraud Office are likely to re-instate the charges by applying to a High Court Judge to restart the proceedings through a new indictment, the bank said.
