(Bloomberg) -- The US Federal Aviation Administration said it’s forming a 24-member panel to review Boeing Co.’s safety management processes and their effect on the planemaker’s safety culture.

• Panel includes experts from FAA, NASA, labor unions, airlines and rival planemaker Airbus SE
• Group will have nine months to complete review, issue findings and recommendations
  • Review is required under 2020 law that strengthened US oversight of Boeing in the wake of two fatal 737 Max accidents
