Naomi Manley-Casmir is a Managing Director at Accenture Canada, where she leads Song, Accenture’s customer organization. With over 28 years experience, Naomi helps clients shape their customer agenda and improve customer and employee experience in various industries.  Naomi is an experienced leader of transformation programs across digital customer experience, contact centre technologies and customer operations. Naomi is committed to inclusion and diversity, wellness in the workplace and is the co-executive sponsor of Accenture Canada’s Asian employees resource group. Naomi is based in Vancouver with her husband, Oscar, and her children Natalia and Diego.
